Ship and Sail Recognized as Top Carver Yacht Dealership
Dealership's Dan Hughes Earns Number-One Carver Salesman Award

Pulaski, WI, October 4, 2007 - Houston-based Ship and Sail has been named the number-one Carver Yacht dealer in the United States for the 2007 model year. Ship and Sail received the award recently during Carver Yacht Group's annual dealer conference. Salesman Dan Hughes of the Ship and Sail dealership sales team also earned top recognition as the number-one Carver Yacht salesman for 2007.

Ship and Sail has been a certified Carver Yacht Group dealer since 1986. Assistant Vice President Danielle Foulkrod-Chema attributes the dealership's longstanding success with the Carver brand to a strong service commitment.

"Without service, there are no sales," explained Foulkrod-Chema. "Much of our business consists of repeat customers who continue to be satisfied with their ownership experiences. Our exceptional service is part of that reason."

Foulkrod-Chema said that the Ship and Sail approach to yacht sales is different than most. For one, the dealership invests the time to teach new owners how to operate and care for their recently purchased Carver yacht by conducting a full-day walk-through, often with the added participation of various electronics or engine - company representatives. "Beyond the sale, we give our customers a lot of valuable information and hands-on help as part of our service follow- through." On-location service and repair, as well as in-house financing are two other elements of Ship and Sail's distinct service commitment, said Foulkrod- Chema.

A family owned and operated dealership by the Foulkrods since 1982, Ship and Sail makes the buying experience a personal one for its customers. "Customers meet the owners when they're here, whether it's myself, my brother Dave, or Dan, my Dad. And our staff consists of long-time employees who are like family on our dealership team," Foulkrod-Chema said.

That includes top 2007 Carver Yacht salesman, Dan Hughes, who first started selling Carver Yachts for Ship and Sail in 1986.
