A: You need to contact your selling Carver dealer. They will work with you to locate a repair facility in your area. A: Carver tries to maintain patterns for five years. The only fabric available would be current fabric, subject to change. Fabric can be ordered through your Carver dealer. (To view samples, go to the material selection section of this website) A: You can order an owner's manual through your Carver dealer as far back as Model Year 1976. (Make sure you have the Hull Serial Number when placing your order.) A: Karadon recommends “Countertop Magic.” This should be applied regularly and can be purchased at Home Depot. A: You must contact the engine manufacturer for all engine parts. (See Vendor Section on Carver Website.) A: None. The hardtop was not designed to carry any type of load on any Carver model. A: When replacing the complete canvas, Carver tries to maintain patterns for five years. If you’re replacing only partial sections of your canvas, seek assistance at your local canvas shop. A: Carver recommends that you contact the engine manufacturer directly to be sure it will not cause damage. (They may have information posted on their websites. See Carver Service Vendor List for direct links to their websites.) A: High gloss exterior tables are a custom ordered table and do require regular care and maintenance. The table should be cleaned weekly with non-abrasive soap and water. To remove minor scratches and to protect the surface, use 3M Perfect-It Polish applied with a soft polishing pad. When the table is not in use it should be kept covered with a water resistant breathable cover to protect it from the elements. A: There is no warranty coverage by Carver, or the vendor of Carver, once the table is exposed to daily temperature changes. This affects wood when it naturally expands and contracts. A: Your exterior Teak table should be oiled with a high quality teak oil. This should be done on a regular basis. We recommend a monthly application to keep the wood from drying out. When the table is not in use it should be covered with a water resistant breathable cover to protect it from the elements.
